All UK Express Delivery orders are processed within 2 hours during office hours. Orders received before 16.00 GMT will be shipped the same day. Orders received after that time will be shipped the next working day. Please note that orders received past 16.00 on a Friday, will be shipped the following Monday and will therefore be delivered on Tuesday. Please refer to above for all other shipping options. All first time customers are subject to standard fraud prevention checks; this could on occasion delay your order being processed and dispatched. We may require your first order to be dispatched to the card billing address only. Orders are shipped using our partners DHL. All orders will require a signature upon delivery. In some areas DHL may pass deliveries on to a third party. Please check with DHL before placing your order as in some instances delivery times may be delayed. We are unable to leave a parcel unless prior arrangements have been made. MW only accepts orders for products that are in stock. Promotions
MW staff and friends and family of the company are expressly excluded from entering any competitions or draws.
In the case of any event promotion, it is the responsibility of the winners to make their own travel arrangements, both to and from the venue.
Where MW promote special events and email address data is collected, email addresses will automatically be included in the regular newsletter subscription service free of charge. Subscribers may unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email communication.
MW reserves the right to amend the duration of promotions and cancel any promotions running on my-wardrobe.com at its sole discretion any time, with or without notice
During a my-wardrobe.com special offer and where a customer is invited to obtain a discount through a minimum order value offer, should the Customer wish to return any item within the order, a refund will only be applicable where the amended order value is above the original offer minimum. Where the customer requires an exchange within the standard returns period, the customer may request up to one exchange item within the terms of the offer. These special offers are subject to invitation and availablity and only valid for duration of the offer stated, our standard return policy and terms and condition are applicable. MW may at any time modify any relevant terms and conditions, policies or notices relating to these special offers without notice.
Payment
Customers may pay by using their own credit or debit card using Mastercard, Visa, and all debit cards. On receipt of order, the payment will be processed and debited from the account. The card issuer will perform usual verification checks. In the event of card refusal, we are not liable for non-delivery or delay. The transaction will be processed by the secure payment gateway at WorldPay. MW does not hold credit card information.
Discounts and Promotions
Discount offers through partner websites are not applicable to products in sale.
Taxes
Prices on my-wardrobe.com include UK VAT for all EU customers. For Customers outside the EU, MW deduct UK VAT, and add local sales tax, and import duties where applicable.
International Duty and Shipping
International orders are inclusive of duty and custom charges. All orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). You should not pay additional local sales taxes at the time of delivery of your order. Depending on your Country of residence, MW advise that import duty and local sales taxes may not be refundable to Non-EU customers wishing to return items.
Returns Policy
UK Customers
Full Price items or non discounted items — Items may be returned for full refund or exchange. Customers must request via email to return items within 7 days of receipt. MW will provide a courier to collect items from an address of the Customer's choice.
Sale and Discounted items — All sale items may be returned for full refund or exchange. Customers must request via email to return items within 7 days of receipt and should be returned to the address below using recorded delivery via Royal Mail or your own preferred courier. We cannot take responsibility for items lost without a proof of delivery and the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
NON-UK Customers
All International or non UK customers may return items for a full refund, store credit or exchange. Customers must request via email to return items within 7 days of receipt and should be returned to the address below using recorded delivery via Royal Mail or your own preferred courier. We cannot take responsibility for items lost without a proof of delivery and the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

In order to return goods, please see below:
THE PROCESS IS SIMPLE:
Send an email, To: returns@my-wardrobe.com, Subject: Order Number (found on your invoice and email confirmation), Body: type "Please issue an ARN number.", and a brief explanation of reason for return. This email must be received by us within 7 days of receipt of goods. MW will reply with an "ARN" reference number, after which the customer has 7 days to return the goods. The "ARN" reference number should be written clearly on the box used for the return. MW will not accept returns outside of the above time frame other than for faulty garments, and will not accept returns for items that have been worn or where the returns tag, 'My-Tag', has been removed.
MW will check all items thoroughly prior to sending every order; we advise customers to also check garments on receipt and definitely before removing the 'My-Tag'. Once this tag is removed, Customers may only return the item if it is found to be faulty. MW will only accept returned goods that are in the same condition as at time of release from our depot, and footwear will only be accepted back if returned in its original undamaged and unmarked box. MW will refund the original credit card used for the purchase within 5 days of MW receiving the returned item(s), further to the normal quality checks and confirmation that 'My-Tag' has not been removed. The refund includes the full value of the items returned, including UK sales taxes, but excluding shipping costs.
