WIN YOUR WISHLIST: TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Customers will be automatically entered in to this competition, when they use our site to forward / email their wishlist to someone else
  • To enter, you must be over 18 years old and the winner may be asked to provide proof of age when contacted
  • This competition will close at 23.59pm on Sunday 14th February 2010
  • The competition owner is Meemi Ltd trading as my-wardrobe.com. 32-34 Lenton Lane, Nottingham, NG7 2NR, Registered in England, number 4627828
  • The winner will be selected randomly within 24 hours of the competition closing
  • Only one wishlist per person will be valid for the competition (multiple wishlists will not be entered)
  • Employees of my-wardrobe.com (Meemi Ltd), its affiliates and associated companies are not eligible to participate in this competition
  • We are unable to take responsibility for entries which are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason
  • The prize is to win the contents of your my-wardrobe.com wishlist, up to and no more than a value of £1,000 GBP. There is no cash alternative and it cannot be applied retrospectively to previous purchases or my-wardrobe.com wishlists
  • If the winner’s wishlist consists of items that amount to less than £1,000, the prize cannot be ‘topped-up’ or amended to meet the maximum amount of £1,000
  • Wishlists created with a greater value than £1,000 will still qualify for entry, but the winner will be asked to remove an item / items of their choice, to bring the total amount below the £1,000 maximum
  • Unless unavailable, items featured in the winner’s wishlist cannot be swapped or replaced
  • In the event of an item in the winner’s wishlist being out of stock, we retain the right to substitute the prize with a similar item (of our choosing), should the original item/s be unavailable
  • No purchase is necessary to enter the prize draw
  • my-wardrobe.com reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who fails to comply with these terms and conditions
  • my-wardrobe.com reserves the right to cancel or alter this promotion at any time
