This promotion is open to all residents of the UK and Ireland, aged 18 and over, except for employees of my-wardrobe.com and Icon Film Distribution UK and any of their subsidiaries or any companies or agencies directly connected with the creation and administration of this promotion or their families
  • 3. No purchase is necessary to enter. Providing you have opted in to receive information from my-wardrobe.com and Icon Film Distribution UK, you’ll receive information on promotions and offers. You are free to opt out at any time by contacting the relevant partner.

  • 7. Entry instructions form part of the rules. By completing the entry form/entering the prize draw, the prize winner confirms his/her agreement to take part, and allow the use of their name, in any associated publicity
  • 8. This prize is non-negotiable and non-refundable
  • 10. This prize is non-transferable to any other person and no cash or credit alternatives are possible.

  • 13. The draw will be conducted within 28 days of the closing date
  • 14. The first prize winner will be the first name drawn at random from all entries submitted from all eligible participants
  • 15. The winner will be notified by e-mail within 28 days of the closing date, and is required to accept their prize by e-mail within 28 days of notification. In the event of non-acceptance within the specified time period, the winner will forfeit any and all claim to the prize awarded but not accepted. Another winner will be selected and notified, following which, the same acceptance terms apply. my-wardrobe.com reserve the right to deal with the prize unaccepted in such manner as it, in its absolute discretion, thinks fit. The competition promoters reserve the right to cancel this competition at any stage, if deemed necessary in their opinion, or if circumstances arise out of their control
  • 16. The promoters may substitute any prize that is awarded pursuant to this promotion as it, in its sole discretion, may determine
  • 17. The judges' decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into

The promoters are not liable for any costs, claims, damages or loss suffered by any person as a result of entering this competition occasioned by any failure, however caused, in the fulfilment of the terms of this promotion, except that no term in this promotion will operate to limit the liability of any party for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
  • 19. If the promoters, in their reasonable opinion, believe that a person is deliberately manipulating entries into this promotion, the promoters may exclude such person from this promotion
  • 20. If any tax is levied by the Inland Revenue in respect of the award of any prize pursuant to this promotion, such tax levied will be the responsibility of, and paid by, the winner to the Inland Revenue
  • 21. These Terms & Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction
