1. The promoters are Meemi Ltd trading as my-wardrobe.com (registered in England, number 4627828)
2. This promotion is open to all residents of the UK and Ireland, aged 18 and over, except for employees of my-wardrobe.com, Barbour, The Royal Berkshire Shooting School and GQ.com and any of their subsidiaries or any companies or agencies directly connected with the creation and administration of this promotion or their families
3. No purchase is necessary to enter. Providing you have opted in to receive information from my-wardrobe.com, Barbour, The Royal Berkshire Shooting School and GQ.com, you’ll receive information on promotions and offers. You are free to opt out at any time by contacting the relevant partner.
4. The closing date for entries is 19th March 2010
5. The prize consists of the following:
• Two hours shooting with full instruction, guns, cartridges etc for 2 guests
• lunch at the shooting school
• £250 to spend on Barbour at my-wardrobe.com per person (£500)
• 6. Only one entry into the draw will be accepted per person. Entry into this competition will be deemed to constitute full acceptance of these terms and conditions. No responsibility is assumed for any lost, delayed or incomplete entry forms
7. Entry instructions form part of the rules. By completing the entry form/entering the prize draw, the prize winner confirms his/her agreement to take part, and allow the use of their name, in any associated publicity
8. This prize is non-negotiable and non-refundable
10. This prize is non-transferable to any other person and no cash or credit alternatives are possible.

13. The draw will be conducted within 28 days of the closing date
14. The first prize winner will be the first name drawn at random from all entries submitted from all eligible participants
15. The winner will be notified by e-mail within 28 days of the closing date, and is required to accept their prize by e-mail within 28 days of notification. In the event of non-acceptance within the specified time period, the winner will forfeit any and all claim to the prize awarded but not accepted. Another winner will be selected and notified, following which, the same acceptance terms apply. my-wardrobe.com reserve the right to deal with the prize unaccepted in such manner as it, in its absolute discretion, thinks fit. The competition promoters reserve the right to cancel this competition at any stage, if deemed necessary in their opinion, or if circumstances arise out of their control
16. The promoters may substitute any prize that is awarded pursuant to this promotion as it, in its sole discretion, may determine
17. The judges' decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into
18. The promoters are not liable for any costs, claims, damages or loss suffered by any person as a result of entering this competition occasioned by any failure, however caused, in the fulfilment of the terms of this promotion, except that no term in this promotion will operate to limit the liability of any party for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
19. If the promoters, in their reasonable opinion, believe that a person is deliberately manipulating entries into this promotion, the promoters may exclude such person from this promotion
20. If any tax is levied by the Inland Revenue in respect of the award of any prize pursuant to this promotion, such tax levied will be the responsibility of, and paid by, the winner to the Inland Revenue
21. These Terms & Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction
