UK Customers
Free returns under 5kg
- We will cover the cost of all UK returns up to 5kg using the Royal Mail PacketPost system
- All UK orders are dispatched with a free Royal Mail return label, which needs to be attached to the returning parcel and then dropped into an official Post Office
HDNL Courier Collections/over 5kg
- For your convenience we can alternatively provide you with a HDNL collection if you contact our Customer Services
- A small fee of £5.00 will be deducted from your refund total for usage of this service
- If your own courier is used we cannot take responsibility for items lost without proof of delivery. We advise you to obtain a tracking number and insurance for the value of the goods
NON-UK Customers
- All international customers must pay for their goods to be returned for a refund
- Please mark clearly on the outer carton ‘UK Returned Goods’. Failure to do this may result in charges being levied, a delay in your parcel reaching us and a delay with your refund being processed
- We recommend you to use a reliable postal service or courier that will give you a tracking number and insure you for the value of the goods
- We cannot take responsibility for items lost without proof of postage and the parcel will be your own responsibility until it reaches us
Returns Policy
Return Information
- To return an item, log into http://www.my-wardrobe.com/my-account/my-orders and select "RETURN" next to the order you wish to return (for information on access to this you may need to contact Customer Services on +44 845 260 3880)
- Select the items you wish to return and select a reason for return from the drop down list and then click "RETURN"
- You will then be issued with all the appropriate information on how to return your parcel, including your ARN number
- You must request to return your items within 7 working days of receipt of goods and once you have been issued with your ARN number you will have a further 7 working days to return the goods. Please ensure the ARN number is written clearly on the outside of the parcel
- We will not accept goods outside of the time frame, other than for faulty garments and will not accept returns for items that have been worn or where the tag has been removed
- We will only accept returned goods that are in the same condition as when sent.
Footwear will only be accepted if returned in the original box in an undamaged condition (Please also use protective outer packaging)
- A refund will be issued to the original card that was used for the purchase within 5 days of receipt of the return. This refund will include the full value of the items returned, including UK taxes, but excluding shipping or return courier costs
