Delivery Information

General

• Please note your delivery schedule is based on the first working day from processing. All orders placed before 12 noon will have that day included as a working day, all orders placed after this time the first working day will be classed as the next day after the order is placed.
• For your security, first-time orders can only be shipped to the cardholder’s billing address or a corporate work address that can be verified. Customers may also be subjected to standard fraud prevention checks.
• All orders are shipped via DHL, CitySprint.
• A signature will be required upon receipt of the goods, if there is no-one available to accept the parcel a calling card will be left for you to re-arrange delivery
• We are currently unable to deliver to a PO box or freight forwarding address or addresses in Mexico.

Delivery Options

DHL UK Standard Delivery

• DHL Standard delivery costs £4.95 and takes 3-5 working days
• Your order will be dispatched using our DHL courier service and can be delivered anytime between 8am and 6:30pm.

DHL UK Nominated Day Delivery Mon-Fri (post code restrictions apply)

• DHL Nominated day delivery costs £7.95 and you are able to select a day of your choice up to 7 days in advance (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays)
• Some post code restrictions apply so please contact Customer Services with any queries
• For a next working day delivery you must order before 4pm Monday-Friday and 12pm on a Saturday (for delivery on a Monday)
• Your order will be dispatched using our DHL courier service and can be delivered anytime between 8am and 6.30pm.

DHL Saturday delivery (post code restrictions apply)

• DHL Saturday delivery costs £15.00 you are able to select a Saturday delivery up to 7 days in advance
• Some post code restrictions apply so please contact Customer Services with any queries
• Saturday delivery must be selected before 4pm on Friday to qualify
• Your order will be dispatched using our DHL courier service and can be delivered anytime between 8am and 4:30pm

UK Same Day and Bank Holiday Delivery

• We offer a same day delivery service for £15.00. This is also available on a bank holiday for the same price
• This service is available to selected postcodes only, for any queries please contact Customer Services
• Our same day service uses CitySprint couriers and you must place your order before 12 noon on the day of delivery to qualify
• Parcels will be delivered between 6pm and 9pm (or 4pm and 7pm on Bank Holidays). If there is no one available, the parcel will be returned to us and you will be charged to send the order again

UK Premium Shipping Option

• my-wardrobe Premium Shipping entitles you to membership for a twelve month period. We do require that you are a registered my-wardrobe.com customer with an active account to subscribe.
• Premium Shipping is only available for delivery to UK addresses and entitles you to free Nominated Day and Saturday delivery services only via our DHL delivery service.
• Your first order will be dispatched as a next-working-day delivery.
• You may use the Premium Shipping for the delivery of your parcels as many times as you like.
• For returned parcels, you may use the pre-paid Royal Mail return label or use our DHL collection service free of charge.
• Only one DHL collection is permitted per order.
• You may cancel your subscription within one hour of ordering it, as long as you have not used the service for delivery or return.
• Once you have utilized the Premium Shipping service in either a delivery or return, you cannot cancel your subscription.
• The service does not entitle you to any shipping refunds on previous orders.
• Our usual terms and conditions apply.

UK Citysprint Exclusive Bank Holiday Service

• This is an exclusive bank holiday service that allows you to specify the most convenient bank holiday date for delivery of your order
• Citysprint Exclusive Holiday Service costs £15.00
• Your order will be dispatched using our Citysprint courier service and can be delivered anytime between 7am and 7pm on the chosen day of delivery
• Postcode restrictions apply

International Delivery

DHL Express Delivery

• International orders that select Express Delivery will be sent DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in your total (listed separately as Duty and Customs)
• You should not pay additional local taxes at the time of delivery of your order
• We advise that tax and duties may not be refundable to NON-EU customers wishing to return items
• Please be aware deliveries will take 2-5 days
• Please note that this excludes deliveries to Russia and orders to Australia over AUD$1000 which are sent DAP (Delivery At Place) and you may be subject to local charges when the parcel enters your country.

DHL Road Delivery Service

• International orders that select DHL Road Service will be sent DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in your total (listed separately as Duty and Customs)
• You should not pay additional local taxes at the time of delivery of your order
• We advise that tax and duties may not be refundable to NON-EU customers wishing to return items
• Please note this service is only available for selected European destinations and excludes the following destinations: Belarus, Cyprus, Malta, Gibraltar and the Ukraine.
• Please be aware deliveries will typically take 4-8 days from dispatch and are transported via road.

Orders to Russia are available to the following destinations St Petersburg and Moscow only. The shipment is required to be dispatched to a registered business address please be aware verification of the address provided may be required to authorise the order prior to shipping. Unfortunately we are unable to ship to residential addresses.

All deliveries to Russia are sent via DHL International and are DAP (Delivery At Place) therefore product prices displayed on the site are exclusive of all taxes and duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Goods remain the responsibility of the customer upon dispatch. Please note as orders are dispatched as DAP shipments (Delivery At Place) my-wardrobe.com do not accept responsibility for any shipments held at customs awaiting payment of duties.
