It's not much to say, my-wardrobe.com is fantastic. I got my delivery quicker than when I order clothes and shoes in Norway. And I really like the fact that I got it directly to my apartment. Some more brands and products at your webshop would be fantastic. Have you seen the brand "stylin"? Well, I really like that brand!

This was my 1st shopping experience with my wardrobe.Great site & products.I was delighted with my purchase (a Burberry leather jacket) but found the service to be poor.
I had ordered my item on the friday.I got an e-mail almost immediately requesting I should contact them asap (which I did) to answer a few security questions before they would ship my item.I then waited for my package to arrive,estimated delivery day mon/tue.By wednesday it had still not arrived,so I contacted customer services,the female on the phone stated they were waiting for ME to get back to them
to answer 'a couple of security questions' before they would send my jacket! I explained I had already done this immediately after purchase & was promised my parcel would be shipped that day.She could offer me no explanation as to why this wasn't done.I wasn't best pleased.
I finally received my jacket 6 days after ordering.Who knows how long it would have taken to arrive,had I not phoned them myself to ask it's whereabouts.I was still charged full price for postage too which I thought they should've waived considering the circumstances.
I think this is an unacceptable level of service for any company but more so from one selling high price goods.
I don't know if this is a regular fault with my wardrobe or whether I was just unfortunate to have a bad first time experience shopping with them.
Either way,it has made me question if I'd buy from this company again.

I think the website and set up is all easy to use and I like how the models are shown wearing the clothes as it gives a really good idea of what theyll look like when there on.
I was a bit dissapointed a day after making my last order, to receive a 20% discount and free delivery email! As the main thing I find irritating about ordering from my wardrobe is the delivery charge, most times your easily spending over £100 on a order and yet having to pay delivery on top.

Love my-wardrobe.com! I've used the site several times now and would definitely recommend it. Great selection of products and my purchases have always arrived quickly. I also really like that packaging is kept to a minimum without the excessive waste of plastic wrapping etc that some other sites use.

I love 'My-Wardrobe.com', they have great brands some of which are not available on the high street and each brand has a good selection. I also love the Sunday supplement/weather forecast they send to keep you upto date. The loyalty programme also rewarding with offers. Great customer service, easy to buy and return.

I think its great that everything is included in the price, and the shippinh is superfast (got my order the next day). However i still prefer shopbop bevause they have a much better selection on everything. Love your site for my husband though:-)
