Helmut Lang
Heralded for its iconic minimalism, Helmut Lang was a trailblazer in the menswear arena for ultra modern understated styling. The self-named designer resigned as creative director in January 2005 but the brand was subsequently re-launched under the design helm of Michael and Nicole Colovos, who formerly had their own Los Angeles-based denim label, Habitual.
