Somewhat of a nomad, Dean started out life in Ireland, was raised in South Africa and now runs her business from just outside of Hong Kong. Her piece driven label celebrates and defines her tangle of inspiration, drawn from everywhere, anywhere and from the traditional to the sublime, as she explains perhaps better than anybody: ‘My work is very personal, and is an expression of the dichotomy of my life through its exploration of movement, culture passion and search for truth.’ We say: The leather cut work and goddess gowns are amongst the most beautiful we have ever seen.
