The Story:
Alexander McQueen, who was known as the Enfant Terrible of British fashion, whipped up a design storm since he burst onto the scene with one of the most memorable graduate collections ever. Drafted from a background in Savile Row tailoring, his mainline launched to critical acclaim and was followed by the more youthful denim based line McQ Alexander McQueen in 2006. His death in February 2010, just three weeks before Paris Fashion Week, was a shock to the fashion industry. His talent will be sorely missed.
