The Story:

Luxury knitwear brand John Smedley has been produced in the company's mill in Derbyshire for over 220 years. Family owned, the business retains a quaint cottage-industry flavour although its international success means it's one of only a few brands to enjoy the best of both worlds. To this day John Smedley uses only the finest raw materials, combining the legacy of traditional hand skills with modern technology.

Enduringly classic, black cashmere and dove grey cotton cardigans, two-tone v-neck cotton sweaters and block coloured classics are bona fide wardrobe staples.
