Georgina Goodman
The Georgina Goodman Story:
Quite the modern-day Cinderella story, it wasn't until she hit her mid-thirties that Georgina Goodman realised she wanted to be a footwear designer. Bravely leaving her job in magazines, she studied shoe design to Masters level, opening her flagship store just a year later in 2002. She now counts the likes of the great Manolo Blahnik as an enthusiast of her designs - that's some achievement.
For Spring/Summer 2008:
From patent T-bar platforms to strappy cut-out heel designs, fabulous dancing shoes in a classic monochrome palette are a spring-time hit. Leopard print platform sandals are a perfect accompaniment to our globe trotter story
Last Word:
A Georgina Goodman shoe isn't just a prudent fashion purchase; it's also a prudent investment
