The Biba Story:

Originally founded by Barbara Hulanicki, the infamous swinging sixties Brit brand Biba relaunched in September 2006 at London Fashion Week. We teased you with just a few pieces during autumn/winter 2007 but have now expanded the fashion forward offer carefully created under the watchful eye of its new design team.

For Spring/Summer 2008:

The Biba collection boasts beautiful semi-sheer blouses with voluminous sleeves and textured oversized appliqué flowers – very Modern Fairytale and completely desirable – as well as retro-inspired floral jacquard skirts, prim collarless jackets and must-have patent Mary-Janes.

This is a fresh take for a brand which summons a strong sense of nostalgia.
