explains why we cant resist
going heavy on the naughty
this autumn
You can blame - or maybe, thank - Marc Jacobs
for both his main line and for his work for
Louis Vuitton as designers embraced fetish
wholesale in their latest collections. But, good
news: there is a relatively easy way into this. It
is leather. Insanely sleek, discretely (well, ish)
saucy, extremely dramatic, and far more
wearable then we ever realised; leathers
become something of a major fashion player
over the last few seasons. And this autumn, it
becomes the main event. In every conceivable
look to trousers, skirts, fabric-insert leggings,
shirts, and fierce body con cocktail dresses.
