You may Return or Exchange any item

All items (including sale items) may be returned for a full refund or store credit as requested.

Returns Collection

Our courier will collect the return items from your preferred address, same day or next day.

Posting Returns via Royal Mail

If you would rather post the item yourself, you may do so at your own cost (and risk). We recommend you send items back by recorded delivery. We cannot refund if we do not receive.

The Process is Simple

  1. Send an email to returns@my-wardrobe.com
    • Subject line - Type the order number (found on your original order confirmation email and on the invoice you received).
    • Message - Type: "Please issue an ARN number" and indicate the reason for the return of each item.
  2. We Reply the Same Day - We will send you an Authorised Return Number via email together with a phone number for DHL, for you to arrange collection.
  3. We Receive - As soon as we receive the return, we will contact you to confirm receipt and ask whether you require a refund, store credit or an exchange for an alternative item.
  4. Refunds - We will refund via the same method as the original payment.
  5. Limitations - All we ask is that you request the item to be returned within seven days of receiving it, and that the goods are returned within fourteen days.
