1. Prize draw open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Clinique or its affiliate companies, their families, cohabitants, agents and anyone connected with the promotion. This prize draw is not open to residents of the Isle of Man, Channel Islands or The Republic of Ireland.
2. No purchase necessary.
3. To enter, complete the Clinique entry form on www.my-wardrobe.com You must complete the details required for entry in full. You will be asked to provide your name, address, telephone number and email address. We will not communicate with you for purposes other than in connection with this prize draw unless you opt-in to receive such other communications by ticking the consent box as referred to below.
4. There is a limit of one entry per valid email address/person.
5. The start date of the promotion is 1st June 2012. All entries to be received by the closing date of 30th June 2012.
6. Entry to the prize draw will be automatic upon Clinique’s receipt of valid completed entries which are received before the closing date.
7. Only fully completed entry forms will be accepted.
8. When you enter your details on the entry form you will be given the option to opt-in to receive communications from Clinique containing our newsletters, surveys or other information containing product and event information, cosmetic tips or promotions (“Opt-in Communications”). If you do opt-in by ticking the consent box and later decide that you would no longer like to receive these communications you can change your mind at any time by updating your registration details if you have an account with Clinique or by ticking the unsubscribe box on any opt-in communication you receive from Clinique or by writing to the Promoter’s address shown below asking to be unsubscribed.
9. Entry must be made by the entrant, only at the Entry Site. Entries made by any other individual or any entity, and/or originating at any other address, including but not limited to commercial competitions, subscriptions, notification and/or entering service sites, will be declared invalid and disqualified from this prize draw. The use of any device to automate the entry process is prohibited.
10. No responsibility is accepted for any entries that are incomplete, ineligible, corrupted, lost or delayed or are unable to be sent because of any technical or other reason. Proof of sending the entry will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
11. There is one prize of the Chubby Stick Lip Colour Balm Collector Set worth £110.
12. The prize is as stated and non-transferable. There is no cash alternative.
13. The prizewinners will be the 20 first names drawn at random from all valid, completed entries in our independently supervised prize draw which will be made on 1st July 2012 The prizewinner will be notified by email within 28 days of the prize draw. The result of the prize draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. The prizewinner’s names and home towns can be obtained by sending an SAE to Clinique M Cover Winner, c/o 73 Grosvenor Street, London W1K 3BQ after July 2012
